About Norman Ebenstein, A Former CEO

Norman Ebenstein was born in New York City in 1928, but he was raised in the city of Worcester, MA. His parents raised him with a connection to his heritage, which is Jewish. He believed that education was very important and he was proud of what his grandchildren and children accomplished in their own studies.

For over 50 years, he served as the president of Capital Commercial Properties, which he founded. He worked hard to build an impressive portfolio. His company’s portfolio consisted of shopping malls, shopping centers, and multi-family residential properties.

Norman was proud of the work he did with the Eden Center, as this eventually became a focal point of the Vietnamese-American community in the region.

However, this is only one example of the many things Norm Ebenstein has done in his life. He also enjoyed giving to a range of non-profits, both regional and national ones. He was also the president of B’nai B’rith’s local chapter, and he went on to create a foundation to support various charitable causes.

Norman Ebenstein attended Phillips Exeter. He then attended Brown University, where he earned a degree in economics. He also played baseball while attending Brown University. Also, Norm Ebenstein met his future wife, Shirley Gorlick, while at the university.

Norm Ebenstein attended Boston University, where he received his degree in law. He then went on to enjoy a career in the legal field. He was an avid tennis player too, and he placed in the top 20 in the New England’s 45 and over.

On December 20, 2016, Norman passed away at his home. His family announced his passing and described it as being a huge loss and that they were sad. Norman, who was a real estate developer and a philanthropist based in Boca Raton, was known for his love of his family. He was also known for having an amazing personality.

Norman left behind his wife, as well as his daughter and son. He was also survived by his grandchildren. The businessman had two grandchildren in total.
